1. Agreement and eligibility

By using our services you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, legally able to enter an agreement, provide accurate information and meet any additional eligibility published for the experience you choose.

2. Trip requests and event bookings

A trip invite request is not a confirmed booking and does not take payment unless clearly stated. An event place is confirmed only after the payment and registration are confirmed by our systems. Availability may change before confirmation.

3. Pricing and payment

The checkout shows the applicable ticket and an estimated or final breakdown as labelled. The payment order created by our server is authoritative. Razorpay processes payment credentials under its own terms. If payment status is uncertain, do not pay again; use the order reference to contact support.

4. Participant responsibilities

• Provide truthful identity, contact and eligibility details.
• Respect consent, personal boundaries, venues, hosts and other participants.
• Follow reasonable safety instructions and the code of conduct.
• Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against or endanger another person.

5. Changes and cancellations

Schedules, venues, hosts or itinerary details may change where reasonably necessary. Material changes will be communicated using the contact information supplied. Refund eligibility is governed by the policy shown for the applicable order and our refund policy.

6. Health, access and personal property

You are responsible for deciding whether an experience is suitable based on the information provided. Tell us about an access need before purchase or travel so available arrangements can be discussed. We cannot guarantee that every venue or itinerary will meet every need; see our accessibility page.

7. Content and privacy

Our brand and site content may not be republished commercially without permission. Personal information is handled under our privacy policy. Photography at experiences is governed by the photography policy.

8. Enforcement and contact

We may refuse or end participation where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or a serious breach of these terms. Contact [email protected] before booking if a term is unclear.
