Policies

Photography policy

How photography and recording may be handled at an Offline experience, and how to ask for support or an opt-out.

Last updated 16 July 2026

1. Before the experience

Photography or recording arrangements vary. When planned, relevant information should be provided with the event or trip details or communicated before participation. Contact support if this information affects your decision to attend.

2. Your choice

You may tell the team that you do not want to be intentionally photographed or featured. We will communicate the practical process available for that experience. In crowded public or group settings, incidental background appearance may not always be preventable.

3. Respecting other participants

Do not publish identifiable images or recordings of another participant in a private or sensitive context without their permission. Never record private conversations, verification, payment information or support discussions.

4. Use by Offline

Where Offline proposes to use an identifiable participant image for promotion, the applicable notice or permission process should explain the intended use. A ticket purchase alone should not be treated as unlimited permission for every promotional use.

5. Concerns or removal requests

Speak to the host during an experience or email [email protected] with enough information to identify the material. We will review the request and available options; removal from third-party reposts or public scenes may not always be within our control.
