Day 1 · Arrival
Hanoi Arrival & Half-Day City Tour
Touch down in Vietnam's charming capital, settle into your hotel, and ease into the trip with an afternoon exploring Hanoi's Old Quarter and its most iconic landmarks.
- MORNING / ARRIVAL• Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport, Hanoi; on completion of immigration and baggage collection, meet your representative holding a name board at the arrivals gate. • Private transfer to your hotel in central Hanoi (approx. 45 minutes, depending on traffic). • Check in and freshen up; early check-in is subject to hotel availability.
- AFTERNOON - HALF-DAY CITY TOUR• Hoan Kiem Lake and the red Huc Bridge, the tranquil heart of the Old Quarter. • Ngoc Son Temple, a peaceful temple dedicated to a 13th-century military leader, set on a small islet. • Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first national university, dedicated to Confucius. • Drive past Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace and One Pillar Pagoda (exterior viewing; the mausoleum interior has restricted visiting hours). • A stroll through the bustling 36 Streets of the Old Quarter, browsing artisan shops and local street life.
- EVENING• Free time to relax or explore local restaurants around the Old Quarter on your own. • Optional: enjoy a traditional Water Puppet Show, a uniquely Vietnamese art form (pre-booking recommended).

Day 2 · Day
Halong Bay Day Cruise
A full day cruising the emerald waters of UNESCO World Heritage-listed Halong Bay, weaving between thousands of limestone karsts and hidden caves.
- MORNING• Early breakfast at the hotel, followed by a scenic drive to Halong Bay (approx. 3.5-4 hours), with a rest stop en route. • On arrival at the harbour, board your cruise vessel and settle in with a welcome drink and briefing.
- MIDDAY - ON THE BAY• Cruise through the dramatic limestone karst formations that make Halong Bay a UNESCO World Heritage Site. • Visit one of the bay's spectacular caves - typically Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave) or Thien Cung Cave. • Enjoy a leisurely seafood lunch served on board as the boat sails through the bay. • Optional activities: kayaking or a bamboo-boat ride around a floating fishing village, or simply relax on the sundeck taking in the views.
- AFTERNOON / RETURN• Time to swim or sunbathe on the sundeck (seasonal), before the cruise heads back to harbour. • Disembark and drive back to Hanoi, arriving in the evening.

Hanoi Departure & Phu Quoc Arrival - Evening Leisure
Bid farewell to Hanoi and fly south to the tropical island of Phu Quoc, where the pace slows down to beach time.
- MORNING• Breakfast at the hotel, followed by check-out. • Private transfer to Noi Bai International Airport for your flight to Phu Quoc (flight booked separately / as per confirmed schedule).
- AFTERNOON - ARRIVAL IN PHU QUOC• On arrival at Phu Quoc International Airport, meet your local representative and transfer to your hotel. • Check in and settle into island mode.
- EVENING - LEISURE• The remainder of the day is free to relax by the pool or on the beach. • Optional: an evening stroll along Long Beach to catch the sunset, or visit the lively Dinh Cau Night Market for local street food and souvenirs (own arrangement).

Day At Leisure
Day at Leisure OPTIONAL: A full day of family-friendly fun at two of Phu Quoc's headline attractions - Vietnam's largest theme park and its largest semi-wild safari.
- MORNING• Breakfast at the hotel, followed by transfer to VinWonders Phu Quoc. • Explore the theme park's zones - thrill rides, a European-style old town, an interactive water park and vibrant shows, all set against the coastline.
- AFTERNOON• Transfer to VinPearl Safari Phu Quoc, Vietnam's first semi-wild, open safari park. • Tour the safari zone by shuttle to see free-roaming wildlife such as lions, giraffes and zebras, then walk through the immersive walking zones for close-up animal encounters.
- EVENING• Return transfer to your hotel. • Evening at leisure - relax after a fun-filled day.

Day 5 · Day
Phu Quoc 4-Island Tour
Hop between four idyllic islets in Phu Quoc's southern archipelago, with time for snorkelling, swimming and a seafood lunch by the sea.
- MORNING• After breakfast, transfer to the harbour and board a boat for a day exploring the southern islands of the Phu Quoc archipelago (islands visited typically include Mong Tay, Gam Ghi, May Rut and Hon Roi, subject to weather and operator). • Enjoy stops for snorkelling over vibrant coral reefs and swimming in clear, calm waters.
- AFTERNOON• A freshly prepared seafood lunch served on board or on one of the islands. • Continue island-hopping with time to relax on powder-white beaches, before the boat returns to harbour in the late afternoon.

Phu Quoc Departure & Ho Chi Minh City Arrival
Wrap up island time and fly to the energetic, ever-buzzing streets of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) for the final leg of the journey.

- AFTERNOON - ARRIVAL IN HO CHI MINH CITY• On arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, meet your local representative and transfer to your hotel in the city centre. • Check in and freshen up.

Ho Chi Minh City Tour & Cu Chi Tunnels
A full day tracing Vietnam's history and heritage - from the underground tunnels of Cu Chi to the colonial-era landmarks of downtown Saigon.
- MORNING - CU CHI TUNNELS• Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a drive to the Cu Chi Tunnels (approx. 1.5-2 hours). • Explore this extensive underground network used during the Vietnam War, including a chance to crawl through a widened tunnel section and view wartime relics and booby-trap displays. • Return drive to the city.
- AFTERNOON - HO CHI MINH CITY TOUR• A seafood or local lunch en route back to the city (own arrangement, unless specified otherwise). • Notre Dame Cathedral and the neighbouring Saigon Central Post Office, both striking French colonial landmarks. • Reunification Palace, the former South Vietnamese presidential palace and site of the 1975 fall of Saigon. • War Remnants Museum, offering a powerful and moving perspective on the Vietnam War. • Ben Thanh Market for last-minute souvenir shopping and local snacks.

What's the ratio on the trips?
While we make every effort to maintain a balanced gender ratio on our trips, we are unable to guarantee an equal ratio at all times. Last-minute cancellations, booking modifications, visa rejections, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may affect the final composition of the group. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept that the gender ratio may vary, and such changes shall not be considered grounds for cancellation, refund, or any compensation.

This departure carries its own refund and cancellation policy, which applies in place of the universal trips policy.
We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to balance flexibility for our travellers while honouring our commitments to hotels, airlines, and local partners.
International Trips
Cancellations made up to 41 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. In the event of a visa rejection, 50% of the package cost will be retained, and the remaining balance will be issued as a Credit Note valid for 12 months.
Cancellations made within 40 days of departure: Bookings are non-refundable, irrespective of the reason for cancellation.
Domestic Trips
Cancellations made 31 days or more before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made between 16 and 30 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 15 days of departure: The trip amount is non-refundable.

By booking or joining any trip organised by Offline by Happy Hour, guests agree to the terms below.
A booking is considered confirmed once the required advance payment has been received. Booking amount in non refundable & non transferable. The remaining balance must be cleared within the communicated payment timeline.
Failure to clear pending payments within communicated timelines may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the booking amount. In case of delayed or incomplete payment, the booking may be released depending on availability.
Prices are subject to change before confirmation due to fluctuations in taxes, supplier pricing, currency exchange rates, or operational costs. Applicable GST, TCS, or other government taxes will be charged additionally wherever applicable unless mentioned otherwise.
Depending on the destination and itinerary, your experience may include:

- Room service, laundry, minibar, or hotel incidentals
- Optional activities not mentioned in the itinerary
- Early check-ins or late check-outs
- Expenses arising from delays, rescheduling, weather conditions, or unforeseen situations
Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the destination city unless mentioned otherwise. We recommend booking flights or train tickets only after receiving trip confirmation from our team.
Airport transfers are arranged only for the designated arrival and departure timings shared prior to the trip. Guests arriving earlier or later than the scheduled timings may need to arrange their own transfers to the hotel or meeting point.
For sightseeing and planned experiences, internal transportation will be arranged through traveller buses, mini vans, coaches, or similar group vehicles. Any personal travel outside the itinerary, including shopping visits, nightlife movement, or independent exploration, will be managed individually by guests.
Guests undertaking independent activities or travel outside the planned itinerary do so at their own discretion and responsibility. While we always try our best to assist wherever possible, Offline by Happy Hour will not be responsible for delays, missed connections, airline schedule changes, baggage issues, or disruptions caused by external transportation providers.
Accommodation is generally provided on a double-sharing basis unless mentioned otherwise. Guests may be paired with another guest of the same gender. Room preferences will always be considered wherever operationally possible, though they may not always be guaranteed.
Since these are group experiences, we request guests to be respectful and considerate toward their roommates and fellow guests throughout the journey. Requests for room changes during the trip shall be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Our trips are carefully curated; however, travel sometimes comes with unexpected changes. Itineraries may occasionally be adjusted due to weather conditions, local circumstances, operational requirements, safety considerations, or factors beyond our control.
In such situations, our team will always aim to provide the best possible alternative while ensuring the overall experience remains smooth and enjoyable. Minor itinerary adjustments shall not be considered grounds for refunds or compensation.
