ARRIVAL IN ZURICH & CHRISTMAS MARKETS
Arrive at Zurich International Airport and transfer to your comfortable hotel in central Zurich or lakeside location. After settling in, explore the magical Bahnhofstrasse Christmas markets—one of Europe's largest and most enchanting festive gatherings. Wander through glowing stalls, sample mulled wine (Glühwein), and soak in the holiday atmosphere. Explore Christkindsmarkt inside Zurich Main Station (Europe's largest indoor Christmas market) or the Sechseläutenplatz market near the opera house with 100+ artisan stalls and cozy fondue chalets. Evening: Discover local bars & restaurants in central Zurich. Find your favorite spot for dinner and drinks with the group or explore independently.

ZURICH TO AROSA (FESTIVAL KICKOFF)
Festival Kickoff in the Alps Early morning departure from Zurich, traveling by scenic train through the Swiss Alps to Chur, then cable car ascent to Arosa (total ~2.5 hours). Check into your comfortable Arosa accommodation with views of snowy peaks. Freshen up, grab your poppy-colored outfit, and head straight to the afternoon SnowRow Festival Arosa 2026 day party at a mountain location (Hörnlihütte or Sitthütte). Experience your first taste of this alpine party phenomenon with DJ sets, mulled wine, and the unique vibe of clubbing on snow. Evening: Try local Swiss food and visit a small local bar in Arosa. Get to know your crew and prepare for 3 days of non-stop festival action.
Day 3 · Day
AROSA (SNOWROW DAY 1 & MAIN EVENT)
SnowRow Festival Arosa 2026 – Day 1 (Full Alpine Action) Morning (Optional): Early skiing at Arosa Lenzerheide (225 km of perfectly groomed slopes, all levels) from 8am–10:30am. Ski rental and equipment available. Whether you're a seasoned skier or prefer to sleep in, the choice is yours. Afternoon (11am–5pm): Day party at mountain venues—Hörnlihütte, Sitthütte, and other scenic locations. DJ sets, alpine vibes, local mulled wine, and snacks. Cable car takes you straight to the party. Evening (5pm–9pm): Return to Arosa village for dinner at local restaurants. Optional: Evening twilight or lit skiing on the slopes (CHF 40–60). Night (9pm–3am): Night party at Arosa Ice Hall (Eishalle Arosa), featuring the main elrow lineup with international DJs, full production, light shows, and peak festival energy. Walking distance from your hotel. Pack your most colorfull, poppy outfits—this is the SnowRow Festival Arosa 2026 vibe. Pace yourself, hydrate, and embrace the unique alpine party experience.

AROSA (SNOWROW DAY 2 & CLIMAX)
SnowRow Festival Arosa 2026 – Day 2 (Full Alpine Action) Morning (Optional): More early morning skiing at Arosa Lenzerheide if you're feeling energized. The slopes are yours to conquer. Afternoon (11am–5pm): Back to the mountain day party! Same electrifying vibe as yesterday—different DJs, same epic energy. DJ sets, alpine party atmosphere, mulled wine, and mountain vibes. Evening (5pm–9pm): Dinner at local Arosa restaurants. Rest, recharge, and prepare for the final night of the festival. Night (9pm–3am): The final night at Arosa Ice Hall—this is the climax of SnowRow Festival Arosa 2026. Peak DJs, full production, everyone's energy is at its highest. This is the night you'll remember.

AROSA - CHUR - ZURICH
Alpine Recovery + Swiss Charm After 3 days of festival intensity, enjoy a leisurely breakfast in Arosa before heading to Chur (1-hour train ride). Explore Chur's charming Old Town—a car-free medieval center filled with winding alleys, historic guild houses, and vibrant cafes. Visit the striking Cathedral of St. Mary (12th-century architecture with ornate interiors), then ride the Brambrüesch gondola straight from the city center up to Chur's local mountain for panoramic alpine views and optional hiking trails. Lunch in Chur Old Town, then train to Zurich (1.5 hours). Arrive in Zurich in the late afternoon and settle into your comfortable hotel. The city is magical in December with festive lights and cozy vibes—perfect for recovery mode. Evening: Explore Zurich's Christmas markets (Bahnhofstrasse, Sechseläutenplatz with 100+ artisan stalls). ZURICH TO STRASBOURG
Strasbourg Christmas Magic – Day 1 Morning checkout from Zurich, then direct train to Strasbourg (~3.5 hours). This medieval town turns into a winter wonderland during Christmas season. Check into your comfortable Old Town hotel, perfectly positioned right next to the markets. Afternoon: Walk through the heart of Strasbourg's famous Christmas markets. Visit the Christkindsmarkt surrounding the magnificent Cathedral—it's the jewel of Strasbourg's holiday season. Explore Place Kléber with its giant beautifully decorated Christmas tree and ice rink. Walk along the water, see the reflections of lights bouncing off the canals at night (absolutely magical for photos). Browse the smaller market stalls tucked into the winding alleys. Day trip option: Take a 1-hour train to Colmar—a fairytale town often called the "Venice of Alsace." Medieval buildings, canals, colorful houses, and Colmar's own cozy Christmas markets. It's like stepping into a storybook. Explore on your own or wander with friends. Return to Strasbourg by evening. Alternative: Stay in Strasbourg and continue exploring the markets, enjoy a wine tasting with local Alsatian wines, or skate on the ice rink at Place Kléber. Most shops and major museums are closed on Christmas Day in France (public holiday), but Paris still offers magical experiences. Leisurely morning with breakfast and personal time. Mid-morning: Explore Paris's festive lights in central districts on a relaxing walk. Optional activities: Seine River lunch cruise for daytime beauty passing city landmarks; Musée Jacquemart-André (open on Christmas with a beautiful café for lunch/afternoon tea); Institut du Monde Arabe; Eiffel Tower evening visit to see the lights spectacular; Arc de Triomphe climb + Champs-Élysées walk; Moulin Rouge cabaret show (Christmas night special with dinner included)
Day 10 · Departure
DEPARTURE FROM PARIS
Farewell Paris Final breakfast at a Parisian café (croissants & coffee). Airport transfers to Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) as per your individual flight schedules. Depart with memories of snow, festivals, markets, and the magic of European Christmas.

Refunds & cancellations
Refund & cancellation policy
The standard Offline by Happy Hour trips policy applies to this departure.
The advance paid to reserve your spot confirms your place on the trip and covers non-recoverable booking costs. Once your booking is confirmed, the advance is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellation charges may vary from trip to trip depending on the destination and dates and on how many days before departure you notify us in writing. The balance amount (anything paid beyond the non-refundable advance) is refundable as per the slabs below:
- 30 days or more before departure — A percentage on the amount paid (except booking amount) shall be refundable. Kindly check with the operations team for trip specific refund.
In the rare case that Offline by Happy Hour cancels a trip outright, you may choose a full refund of everything you have paid, or transfer the full amount to another departure. If a trip is rescheduled, you may move your booking to the new dates or to another trip of equal value.
For cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control — weather, natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or similar — refunds are limited to whatever amounts we are able to recover from hotels, transport, and activity partners. No additional compensation is payable.
All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15-20 business days. Government taxes already paid (GST / TCS) are non refundable.

By booking or joining any trip organised by Offline by Happy Hour, guests agree to the terms below.
A booking is considered confirmed once the required advance payment has been received. Booking amount in non refundable & non transferable. The remaining balance must be cleared within the communicated payment timeline.
Failure to clear pending payments within communicated timelines may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the booking amount. In case of delayed or incomplete payment, the booking may be released depending on availability.
Prices are subject to change before confirmation due to fluctuations in taxes, supplier pricing, currency exchange rates, or operational costs. Applicable GST, TCS, or other government taxes will be charged additionally wherever applicable unless mentioned otherwise.
Depending on the destination and itinerary, your experience may include:
- Comfortable hotel accommodation
- Double-sharing stay, unless requested and confirmed otherwise
- Daily breakfast at the hotel
- Airport pickup and drop on the designated arrival and departure schedule shared by the team
- Internal group transfers for activities and sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary
- Curated group experiences and planned activities as mentioned
- Dedicated trip captain and on-ground support throughout the journey

Unless specifically mentioned, the following are not included in the package:
- International or domestic flights
- Train or bus tickets
- Visa fees
- Travel insurance
- Lunches, dinners, beverages, and personal food expenses beyond hotel breakfast
- Shopping and personal purchases
- Private transportation or personal travel outside the planned itinerary
- Room service, laundry, minibar, or hotel incidentals
- Optional activities not mentioned in the itinerary
- Early check-ins or late check-outs
- Expenses arising from delays, rescheduling, weather conditions, or unforeseen situations
Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the destination city unless mentioned otherwise. We recommend booking flights or train tickets only after receiving trip confirmation from our team.
Airport transfers are arranged only for the designated arrival and departure timings shared prior to the trip. Guests arriving earlier or later than the scheduled timings may need to arrange their own transfers to the hotel or meeting point.
For sightseeing and planned experiences, internal transportation will be arranged through traveller buses, mini vans, coaches, or similar group vehicles. Any personal travel outside the itinerary, including shopping visits, nightlife movement, or independent exploration, will be managed individually by guests.
Guests undertaking independent activities or travel outside the planned itinerary do so at their own discretion and responsibility. While we always try our best to assist wherever possible, Offline by Happy Hour will not be responsible for delays, missed connections, airline schedule changes, baggage issues, or disruptions caused by external transportation providers.
Accommodation is generally provided on a double-sharing basis unless mentioned otherwise. Guests may be paired with another guest of the same gender. Room preferences will always be considered wherever operationally possible, though they may not always be guaranteed.
Since these are group experiences, we request guests to be respectful and considerate toward their roommates and fellow guests throughout the journey. Requests for room changes during the trip shall be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Our trips are carefully curated; however, travel sometimes comes with unexpected changes. Itineraries may occasionally be adjusted due to weather conditions, local circumstances, operational requirements, safety considerations, or factors beyond our control.
In such situations, our team will always aim to provide the best possible alternative while ensuring the overall experience remains smooth and enjoyable. Minor itinerary adjustments shall not be considered grounds for refunds or compensation.
These terms apply to all Offline by Happy Hour trips and are accepted at the time of booking.
