Day 1 · Arrival
Mirissa
Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport where the Offline by Happy Hour team will receive you. After everyone assembles, begin the drive to Mirissa via the Southern Expressway. Enjoy the changing landscapes as you travel from Colombo to the southern coast. Upon arrival, check into the hotel and relax after your journey. Spend some free time by the beach or pool before heading to Secret Jungle Party in the evening (entry at own expense). This lively beach venue is the perfect place to get to know your fellow travellers over music, food and drinks.
Day 2 · Day
Mirissa & Galle
After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed morning in Mirissa or Learn suffing at Weligama beach. Later drive to the historic Galle Dutch Fort. Walk along the famous ramparts, lighthouse, charming colonial streets, cafés and boutique stores while enjoying spectacular ocean views. Capture sunset photographs before returning to Mirissa for dinner and head to Dr House for Party
Day 3 · Day
Mirissa – Ella
Early risers can opt for the famous Swim with Turtles experience (optional and at additional cost). After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Ella through beautiful mountain roads. On arrival, enjoy an authentic Sri Lankan cooking class where you will learn traditional recipes and local flavours. Check into the hotel and spend the evening exploring Ella.
Day 4 · Day
Exploring Ella
Visit the iconic Nine Arches Bridge, Ravana Falls and Little Adam's Peak. Wear comfortable shoes and carry a change of clothes if you wish to enjoy the waterfall. In the evening unwind at Ravana Pool Club with included pool access and redeemable food & beverage credit. Explore Ella Market in the evening
Day 5 · Day
Ella – Nuwara Eliya
Travel to the charming hill station of Nuwara Eliya. En route, visit Seetha Amman Temple, lush tea gardens and Gregory Lake. Learn about Sri Lanka's tea heritage and spend time soaking in the cool climate before checking into the hotel.
Day 6 · Day
Nuwara Eliya – Kandy
Drive towards Kandy. Visit a Spice Garden and witness a traditional Sri Lankan Cultural Show. Later explore Kandy city at leisure before checking into the hotel
Day 7 · Day
Kandy – Colombo
Proceed to Colombo after breakfast. Enjoy a guided city tour covering Independence Square, Galle Face Green, Pettah Market and One Galle Face Mall. Spend your final evening shopping, Casino & enjoy local cuisine and celebrating the end of a memorable trip.
Day 8 · Departure
Last morning | Goodbyes and airport drops
One last breakfast together and a closing circle where the week gets talked about properly. Then check out, and airport transfers timed to your flights.

What's the ratio on the trips?

While we make every effort to maintain a balanced gender ratio on our trips, we are unable to guarantee an equal ratio at all times. Last-minute cancellations, booking modifications, visa rejections, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may affect the final composition of the group. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept that the gender ratio may vary, and such changes shall not be considered grounds for cancellation, refund, or any compensation.

What's the average group size?

Our average group size is anywhere between 12-20 singles depending on the destination, season & availability of the people.

Refund & cancellation for this trip

This departure carries its own refund and cancellation policy, which applies in place of the universal trips policy.

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to balance flexibility for our travellers while honouring our commitments to hotels, airlines, and local partners.

International Trips

Cancellations made up to 41 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. In the event of a visa rejection, 50% of the package cost will be retained, and the remaining balance will be issued as a Credit Note valid for 12 months.
Cancellations made within 40 days of departure: Bookings are non-refundable, irrespective of the reason for cancellation.

Domestic Trips

Cancellations made 31 days or more before departure: 50% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made between 16 and 30 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 15 days of departure: The trip amount is non-refundable.

By booking or joining any trip organised by Offline by Happy Hour, guests agree to the terms below.

A booking is considered confirmed once the required advance payment has been received. Booking amount in non refundable & non transferable. The remaining balance must be cleared within the communicated payment timeline.

Failure to clear pending payments within communicated timelines may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the booking amount. In case of delayed or incomplete payment, the booking may be released depending on availability.

Prices are subject to change before confirmation due to fluctuations in taxes, supplier pricing, currency exchange rates, or operational costs. Applicable GST, TCS, or other government taxes will be charged additionally wherever applicable unless mentioned otherwise.

Depending on the destination and itinerary, your experience may include:

Airport pickup and drop on the designated arrival and departure schedule shared by the team

International or domestic flights
Train or bus tickets
Visa fees
Travel insurance
Lunches, dinners, beverages, and personal food expenses beyond hotel breakfast
Shopping and personal purchases
Private transportation or personal travel outside the planned itinerary
Room service, laundry, minibar, or hotel incidentals
Optional activities not mentioned in the itinerary
Early check-ins or late check-outs
Expenses arising from delays, rescheduling, weather conditions, or unforeseen situations

Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the destination city unless mentioned otherwise. We recommend booking flights or train tickets only after receiving trip confirmation from our team.

Airport transfers are arranged only for the designated arrival and departure timings shared prior to the trip. Guests arriving earlier or later than the scheduled timings may need to arrange their own transfers to the hotel or meeting point.

For sightseeing and planned experiences, internal transportation will be arranged through traveller buses, mini vans, coaches, or similar group vehicles. Any personal travel outside the itinerary, including shopping visits, nightlife movement, or independent exploration, will be managed individually by guests.

Guests undertaking independent activities or travel outside the planned itinerary do so at their own discretion and responsibility. While we always try our best to assist wherever possible, Offline by Happy Hour will not be responsible for delays, missed connections, airline schedule changes, baggage issues, or disruptions caused by external transportation providers.

Accommodation is generally provided on a double-sharing basis unless mentioned otherwise. Guests may be paired with another guest of the same gender. Room preferences will always be considered wherever operationally possible, though they may not always be guaranteed.

Since these are group experiences, we request guests to be respectful and considerate toward their roommates and fellow guests throughout the journey. Requests for room changes during the trip shall be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Our trips are carefully curated; however, travel sometimes comes with unexpected changes. Itineraries may occasionally be adjusted due to weather conditions, local circumstances, operational requirements, safety considerations, or factors beyond our control.

In such situations, our team will always aim to provide the best possible alternative while ensuring the overall experience remains smooth and enjoyable. Minor itinerary adjustments shall not be considered grounds for refunds or compensation.

These terms apply to all Offline by Happy Hour trips and are accepted at the time of booking.
