Most trips include your stay (usually twin-sharing, same gender), daily breakfast, scheduled airport transfers, internal transport for planned activities, and hosted group experiences. Flights, visas and most meals beyond breakfast are typically not included.
Who runs the trips?
Every departure travels with a dedicated trip captain from the Offline by Happy Hour team, with on-ground support throughout the trip — from the scheduled arrival transfers to the final goodbye.
Cancellation & refunds?
The booking advance you pay to reserve a spot (stated on each trip, typically ₹20,000–₹30,000) is non-refundable once your booking is confirmed. Whether any of the remaining balance is refundable depends on how far before departure you cancel, per the refund policy on that trip's page. Read the trip's refund policy before paying — it is the binding version.
